Our carrier of choice is Israel’s Mailog, a guaranteed worldwide expedited courrier service offering quick delivery times and online tracking. Your parcel will be delivered within 7-10 business days at the latest, starting from the day of order confirmation. Bear in mind orders will be processed within 24 hours. The shipping fees will be charged in addition to your purchase order and the cost of delivery will vary depending on the volume, weight, and your choice of delivery method (ground or express).

Realizing you might want to use a courier company of your choice, we offer an option to charge the delivery on your own shipping account of choice. On the checkout page, please provide your preferred shipping company and account number under the comments section. We will contact you to confirm, and once your order is ready to dispatch, we will coordinate the shipment for you with no extra charge!

Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your purchase order within the estimated timeframe, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.

Avishag Arbel is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, natural disasters, etc.

All international orders are subject to additional shipping fees based on the destination country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Avishag Arbel Ltd. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For further questions regarding customs please contact your local customs office. If your country is not available to ship to, please email wholesale@avishagarbel.com and we will assist you with your purchase.

OUR TIPS TO LOWERING YOUR SHIPPING COST 

As vendors, your success is our success, which is why we always have your best interest in mind. Avishag Arbel is committed to giving you the lowest possible shipping rate available. In order to lower the cost of shipping per item, we want you keep in mind that the more your order, the higher is the total weight, and the cheaper is the cost of shipping.

For example, shipping 4 items worth a total of $145 to US can cost around $29, which is 20% of the total order, whereas ordering 20 items worth $720, would cost $50, which is roughly %7 of the total order.
Bottom line, the higher the weight, the cheaper the rate per KG.
