How does pre-ordering work? Items marked as pre-ordered will take longer to supply. The maximum supply time is six weeks before shipment, though on average it takes about three weeks.

We can hold purchased orders in our warehouse for a period of 8 months max before being shipped to you.

Instock items can be shipped within 7 business days unless specified otherwise. Please Note: if you placed an order after 1pm Israel Time on Thursday, your order will not be shipped until the following Sunday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and estimated delivery date.

Yes! We use DHL for international shipping.
Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the Avishag Arbel product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. Please note that most items shown on the website can be restocked within 30 days. If you have a question, contact us at email@example.com to find out if we are restocking.
If a style you ordered is out of stock, a representative from our Wholesale Team will contact you directly to give you an expected shipping date. In the event, the waiting time is too long or you wish you cancel your order, you will receive a complete refund.

We guarantee our products up to 4 months from the initial wholesale order date. We’ve got your back, and your customers back.
Avishag Arbel Wholesale offers returns on all merchandise for unsatisfied customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Avishag Arbel Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at your local post office, any DHL location, or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via MODE OF SHIPPING.
Please allow 4 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
