HOW DO I SEE PRICES?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RETAILER ACCOUNT APPROVED?

Retailer account approval takes 48 hours or less.

If it’s been longer and you haven’t received an email about your retailer account status, send us an email at wholesale@avishagarbel.com.

WHEN CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order immediately after signing up!

Please keep in mind that Avishag Arbel Wholesale holds the right to retract an order if an account is not approved. You will receive an email confirmation on your account status within 48 hours of registering.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order at Avishag Arbel. We believe in the quality and style of our product. You’ll be back for more, just wait ;)

HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?

How does pre-ordering work? Items marked as pre-ordered will take longer to supply. The maximum supply time is six weeks before shipment, though on average it takes about three weeks. 

DO YOU SHARE HIGH-RESOLUTION PRODUCT PHOTOS?

Yes, we love to share! Please send an email to wholesale@avishagarbel.com with the product numbers for the items you want photos of.

Please note that we will only send high-resolution photos for items that have been ordered.

CAN I CHOOSE MY DELIVERY DATE?

Yes! At the checkout, you will be able to specify your delivery date in the comments or email us at wholesale@avishagarbel.com

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

In stock items are eligible for three-day shipping, you can choose this option at checkout.

DO YOU HOLD PRODUCTS FOR FUTURE SHIPMENTS?

We can hold purchased orders in our warehouse for a period of 8 months max before being shipped to you.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

In-stock items can be shipped within 7 business days unless specified otherwise. Please Note: if you placed an order after 1 pm Israel Time on Thursday, your order will not be shipped until the following Sunday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address updates or style changes. However, If the shipment is still in the warehouse we are able to make changes. Please contact us regarding via mail at wholesale@avishagarbel.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We use DHL for international shipping.

WHEN WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the Avishag Arbel product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. Please note that most items shown on the website can be restocked within 30 days. If you have a question, contact us at wholesale@avishagarbel.com to find out if we are restocking. 

If a style you ordered is out of stock, a representative from our Wholesale Team will contact you directly to give you an expected shipping date. In the event, the waiting time is too long or you wish you cancel your order, you will receive a complete refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY SHIPMENT IS LESS THAN PERFECT?

On the off chance that a product isn’t up to par, send us an email and we’ll smooth out any wrinkles ;)

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED AFTER CUSTOMER PURCHASE?

We guarantee our products up to 4 months from the initial wholesale order date. We’ve got your back, and your customers back.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Avishag Arbel Wholesale offers returns on all merchandise for unsatisfied customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Avishag Arbel Wholesale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please send us an email to give us a heads up at wholesale@avishagarbel.com and send it back to us at the following address:

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at your local post office, any DHL location, or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via MODE OF SHIPPING. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 4 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Do you have any stipulations for exchanges? For example: Please note Avishag Arbel Wholesale offers exchanges only on different colors or sizes on the original style(s) purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed.
