Warranty will be given to damaged items only. Return authorization requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Avishag Arbel reserves the right to deny unreasonable return requests
Our 14 day returns warranty starts from the date you receive our product. If you received damaged items, or have any problem with your order please contact us immediately at our Support center
Bare in mind that the construction and crafting of our garments allows natural irregularities to occur; making every single item subtly unique.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your return request all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number or the product name you wish to return. Then kindly follow these 3 steps
1.Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2MB) that display the problem and show the items outer packaging. For help with this, please contact our Customer Support Team
2. Once we have reviewed all the details above, we will issue a return authorization number under the warranty RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3. We will ship a return label to you. Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team
Items under the 14days warranty should be returned to our local warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement item at our expense.
Please note that each RMA case will be examined individually, and the return cost (shipping fees) will be contingent upon authorization of the return. In the case a return is approved we will cover the shipping charges to return the items to our local returns warehouse. This cost is non-refundable. Customers will need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items
Customer must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address indicated on the RMA document. Customers might have to cover the shipping fee for returning the package; packages must be sent only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice
All apparel listed under underwear/women's intimates, swimwear, clearance, or any discounted products, providing that Avishag Arbel did not make any error are ineligible for refunds, exchanges or replacements
