RETURNS POLICY

At Avishag Arbel, our principal goal is to provide our customers with high quality products. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All the items that we carry are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality control and a pleasant shopping experience. Warranty Terms

Warranty will be given to damaged items only. Return authorization requests are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. If you have received damaged items, or encounter any problem with your order, please contact us immediately. A return will be considered only for unused/unworn with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Please note that each return request case will be examined individually. Avishag Arbel reserves the right to deny unreasonable return requests. We will process any compensation once the items have been received.

 

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth return process, please follow these steps:

1. In your return request, indicate all the details of your order: The order number, SKU numbers, or the product names you wish to return.

2. Describe the problem with the items and provide us with a picture (under 2MB) that displays as clearly as possible the reason for the return. Additionally, please provide an image of the item’s original outer packaging. 

3. Once we have examined all the details above, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please note that each RMA case will be examined individually.    

4. Once an RMA number has been issued, we will ship a domestic return label to you. Please ship the package to our local warehouse with the RMA form.

 

Warranty Compensation:

Once an RMA has been approved, and after we receive the items, we will refund you in full for the original product price and its shipping, or resend a replacement item at our expense.

 

Return Costs:

In the case a return is approved, Avishag Arbel will cover the shipping fees to return the items to our local returns warehouse.

 

Return Policies:

Customer must return the package as per our instructions indicated above and return to the shipping address indicated on the return label and RMA form. Packages may be sent back only after Customer Support Team have authorized the return and issued an RMA number. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instructions will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice.

 

Warranty Exceptions:

All apparel listed under underwear/women's intimates, swimwear, clearance, or any discounted products, providing that Avishag Arbel did not make any error are ineligible for refunds, exchanges or replacements.
